I OFFER AN INTEGRATIVE STYLE OF THERAPY, DRAWING ON TECHNIQUES FROM A VARIETY OF THERAPEUTIC MODELS, TAILORED ALWAYS TO SUIT YOU AND TO MEET YOUR SPECIFIC NEEDS.
THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN CLIENT AND COUNSELLOR IS CONSIDERED THE MOST IMPORTANT FACTOR IN THERAPY AND THEREFORE CHOOSING SOMEONE WHO FEELS RIGHT FOR YOU, WHERE YOU ARE ABLE TO EXPRESS YOURSELF HONESTLY AND OPENLY IS CRITICAL.

I WILL GENTLY CHALLENGE LEARNED BEHAVIOURS, HELP YOU TO DISCOVER YOUR INNER RESOURCES, YOUR STRENGTH AND RESILIENCE AND, WHERE APPROPRIATE, OFFER MINDFULNESS AND FOCUSING TECHNIQUES THAT CAN HELP TO EASE STRESS, ANXIETY, PANIC AND PROMOTE SELF-COMPASSION. I AM ALSO TRAINED IN, AND MAY USE CREATIVE FORMS OF COUNSELLING FOR EXAMPLE ART AND VISUALISATION.
